Earlier this year, I joined the Milestone Circles program—an accelerator for women entrepreneurs—and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
I was right in the middle of a pivot (although I didn’t know it).
After years of serving as a behind-the-scenes operator (Hand of the Queen energy 🫡), I knew something had to shift. Not just in my business model, but in how I saw myself as a leader.
I’ve been the backbone of this business for years. Maybe you have too.
And what I’ve realized? Growth isn’t just about reaching new revenue goals; the elevation/evolution of your role can’t be ignored.

I used to think growth meant doing more. Taking on more. Holding it all together behind the scenes while smiling through it.
